Are you a pergola manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a China pergola manufacturer. DMY Pergola runs its own 46,000 m² manufacturing base in Dexing, Jiangxi, with four automated production lines, and an overseas business office in Dongguan.
Do you offer OEM and ODM pergolas?
Yes. Size, color, materials, louver structure, motorization, LED lighting, zip screens and glass doors can all be specified. We take a design from structural evaluation and samples through to mass production.
Can you make custom sizes?
Our aluminum pergolas support custom sizes. The steel series is built in standard sizes to keep cost down. Send your target size and we will confirm what is possible.
What is the difference between your steel and aluminum pergolas?
The steel series uses all-steel frames with zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating and manual louvers, in standard sizes. The aluminum series uses 6063 aluminum with rotating or folding louvers (single- or double-layer), manual or motorized operation, and freestanding or wall-mounted installation.
What are your MOQ, lead time and payment terms?
Sample orders start from 1 set. Production lead time is 15–30 days, depending on quantity and configuration. Payment is by T/T.
How are pergolas packed and shipped?
Each pergola is packed in labelled cartons with protective wrapping and loaded for container shipping, FOB Shenzhen as standard. Other ports can be arranged on request.
What warranty do you offer?
DMY pergolas carry a 5-year warranty on structural components. Every order also ships with an installation manual and video, and our team gives remote technical support.
Is the snow load rated with the louvers open or closed?
With the louvers closed. Snow loads run from 50 to 120 kg/m² depending on the model. In heavy-snow seasons we recommend turning the louvers vertical, as the manual describes.
How many pergolas fit in a container?
About 30–60 sets in a 40HQ container, depending on the model, size and mix. We confirm the loading plan with your quotation.
Which controls do motorized models use?
A remote control and wall switch as standard. Rain and wind sensors are available, and LED lighting and motorized zip screens can run from the same controller.
Is installation difficult?
Every pergola ships with a complete instruction manual and an installation video, and our team provides remote technical support.
Which certifications do you have?
CE, UKCA and ISO 45001 certifications, a TÜV test report and BSCI certification, plus nearly 60 patents.
